3. Prepare your title, keys, and personal items
Before the tow truck arrives, remove personal belongings and plates if you wish, and locate your Florida title. We’ll explain where to sign as the seller. Place the signed title and keys in the agreed secure spot—such as inside the car or with a front-desk/office—if you won’t be home. The driver collects everything when they load the vehicle for donation.
4. Make your vehicle accessible for the tow truck
Make sure the tow truck can get to your car. In Jacksonville neighborhoods with tight streets or parking—like parts of Avondale, Springfield, or apartment complexes—clear space around the vehicle, move other cars if possible, and share any gate or garage codes. Our partners use flatbeds or hook-and-chain trucks and just need safe, legal access to your parked vehicle.
5. We tow it away for $0 and send your receipt
On your pickup day, a local towing partner arrives, loads your vehicle (running, not running, damaged, or old), and hauls it at no charge. Tip: Areas like Riverside, Avondale, and Springfield can have narrow streets or on-street parking that make flatbed access tricky. If you can, park your car at the curb with some space around it, or in a lot with a clear entrance, and tell us about any low trees, tight corners, or one-way streets ahead of time.
Gated communities, condos, and HOA rules
Tip: In parts of Mandarin, Bartram Park, Southside, and the Beaches, gated entries and HOA rules can slow pickups when gate codes or guest access aren’t arranged. Share your code, guard instructions, building number, and any HOA restrictions on tow trucks when you schedule so our driver can enter quickly without delays or rescheduling.
Very rural or outlying addresses around Jacksonville Metro
Tip: Homes out near Macclenny, Middleburg, Callahan, Hilliard, or rural St. Johns County are fully eligible but can require extra routing time.
